Join State 38 Distilling at Taste of the West, a premier celebration of the region’s best food and drink, featuring top restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and culinary creators from across Jefferson County and the Denver metro area. With over 1,000 attendees and unlimited tastings, it’s the perfect opportunity to explore new flavors and revisit local favorites. Stop by our booth to sample our handcrafted spirits, discover what makes our distillery drinkably different, and take home a bottle to keep the experience going. State 38 Cocktail Class
Sat. July 25 | 4:00-5:30pm
Join us for an evening under the still and barrels to learn how to create two signature State 38 cocktails. Come learn the history behind State 38 Distilling and how we make our wide portfolio of spirits and taste two spirits of your choice. We will then lead you through the creation of two signature cocktails. The cocktails for this class will include the Green Beast (Absinthe) and the Whiskey Sour. Each individual will get to take home a State 38 tasting glass.

Join us for an evening under the still and barrels to learn how to create two signature State 38 cocktails.
