Join us at State 38 Distilling for an immersive cocktail class set in the heart of our working distillery. You’ll begin the evening with a behind-the-scenes look at how we craft our award-winning spirits, followed by a tasting of two spirits from our diverse portfolio. Then, roll up your sleeves and get hands-on as we walk you through mixing two featured cocktails—this class will highlight the Winter’s Kiss & Bourbon Manhattan. It's a fun, relaxed way to learn about mixology and enjoy premium Colorado spirits. Each participant will also receive a complimentary State 38 Distilling tasting glass to take home.

Colorado Day 2025 Whiskey
Special Release
Released the first week of August, our 5th Annual Colorado Day Whiskey is available in limited quantities at our tasting room and select events. This 100-proof straight wheat whiskey is finished in a spiced rum peach liqueur barrel, delivering a bold, smooth character with notes of warm spice and juicy peach.
To honor Colorado’s statehood—officially granted on August 1, 1876—State 38 Distilling releases a special single barrel whiskey each year with a custom label. The 2025 edition features original artwork by Golden-based artist Jesse Crock, making this bottle as collectible as it is distinctive.
Smoked Extra Añejo
Special Release
Released the first weekend in May, this one-of-a-kind Smoked Extra Añejo is now available in limited quantities at our tasting room and events. Aged 4.5 years in a peat-smoked whiskey barrel and made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, it offers a rich, mezcal-like flavor with sweet smoke and smooth complexity. Featuring original label artwork by Denver muralist Jolt of Guerilla Garden, this bottle is as collectible as it is drinkable.
Only 200 were produced—get yours before they’re gone for good.
