2025 Winter Whiskey Release

Celebrate the season with the release of our 2025 Winter Whiskey, a limited-edition American Single Malt finished six years in a port wine barrel. Bottled at 102 proof, this small-batch whiskey delivers smooth, complex notes with a subtle smoky sweetness—perfect for sipping fireside or gifting to a whiskey lover. Sips & Sweets

Join us for our festive Sips & Sweets event on December 6, 13, and 20 at our Golden, CO tasting room! Enjoy a curated sweet-and-spirit pairing platter featuring three delicious desserts matched with three of our handcrafted spirits—Bourbon, Reposado, and Absinthe. Each pairing is designed to highlight the flavors of the season and elevate your tasting experience. Platters are $25 and available while supplies last. Treat yourself to a cozy, flavorful holiday evening at State 38!

Highlands Holiday Bazaar

Celebrate the season with State 38 Distilling at the Highlands Square Holiday BAZAAR on Saturday, December 13, from 11 AM to 5 PM. This lively neighborhood event is the perfect place to sip, shop, and soak up the holiday spirit. Stop by our booth to sample our award-winning Colorado-made spirits and find the perfect gifts for whiskey lovers, cocktail enthusiasts, and anyone who enjoys something truly local. State 38 Cocktail Class

Join us for an evening under the still and barrels to learn how to create two signature State 38 cocktails. Come learn the history behind State 38 Distilling and how we make our wide portfolio of spirits and taste two spirits of your choice. We will then lead you through the creation of two signature cocktails. The cocktails for this class will include the Absinthe Frappe and Maple Walnut Manhattan. Each individual will get to take home a State 38 Distilling rocks glass and tasting glass.

Join us for an evening under the still and barrels to learn how to create two signature State 38 cocktails.
