Specialty malts are utilized to create an extremely smooth and well rounded Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Great bourbon is made in Colorado.
Nose: sweet corn, butterscotch, baking spice.
Front: red velvet cake with a hint of stone fruit.
Finish: dark cherry and dry cinnamon with a lingering baking spice. (90 Proof)
State 38 Peat Smoked Whisky
This is the culmination of our desire to make an exceptional Islay-style Scotch in Colorado. Islay has met Colorado.
Nose: pear, light peat smoke, like grandpa’s smoking jacket.
Front: grilled pear, extinguished campfire.
Finish: dry toasted bread with hint of pear. (80 Proof)
State 38 Straight Wheat Whiskey
Not your typical whiskey. Our Straight Wheat Whiskey comes to the party with a likable personality, but leaves at the right moment…the perfect guest.
Nose: sweet grass, dark cherry.
Front: apple oatmeal crumble.
Finish: coriander with a dry black pepper. (90 Proof)

If fig and butterscotch could be liquified and made into whiskey, this would be that magic in a glass.
Nose: almond, sczhwan pepper corn, black cherry.
Front: vanilla, toasted cinnamon, baking spice.
Finish: spicy fig sweet oak, homemade granola. (90 Proof)
